Job Description:

This outpatient therapy and rehabilitation role places you in an orthopedic and neuro-focused setting, working Monday through Friday during daytime hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. You'll be providing one-on-one treatments for approximately nine post-op patients daily, with responsibilities including early mobilization, pain management, body mechanics education, and discharge planning. The position emphasizes hands-on therapy techniques such as AROM, AAROM, PROM, and the use of assistive devices, making it an engaging opportunity for therapists eager to apply their skills in a dynamic outpatient environment. Experience with outpatient clinics, body mechanics, and discharge assessments will help you succeed in this unique backfill assignment.
