Job Description:

Join our team as an ER Registered Nurse in Elizabeth, NJ, for a 13-week travel assignment with a focus on night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM). You'll be working in a fast-paced emergency department with 45 beds and managing a patient load that can range from 1:6 up to 1:8 based on staffing and acuity. This role offers the chance to handle a diverse patient population, including pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. No travel pairs are permitted, and experienced first-timers are welcome. The unit's charting system is EPIC, and experience with it is required. Prepare to work three 12-hour overnight shifts per week, totaling approximately 36 hours. Flexibility is necessary regarding weekend and holiday work, and any time off must be approved in advance. Certifications including ACLS, BLS, NIH, and PALS are required, along with iron temple training within 14 days of start.
