Job Description:

This registered nurse role places you in a vibrant Labor & Delivery unit with a Level 3 NICU, offering the unique opportunity to care for a diverse range of obstetric patients—from low-intervention labors to high-risk pregnancies requiring advanced NICU support. Expect to manage high-acuity labor cases such as preeclampsia, preterm labor, and antepartum complications, all while working closely with a multidisciplinary team. The shift schedule involves 12-hour days and nights, with flexibility for variable shifts across the 13-week assignment, including every-other weekend. You will also support postpartum and couplet care, gaining comprehensive experience in maternal and infant health. This assignment welcomes first-time travelers and those with at least 2 years of L&D experience, preferably with NICU exposure, ready to step into a fast-paced, high-standard environment that values clinical expertise and adaptability.
