Job Description:

This travel assignment is designed for experienced Registered Nurses eager to take on a critical role within the PACU unit, caring for ICU boarders—mostly trauma overflow patients. You'll provide direct patient care, assess and evaluate patient needs, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure individualized treatment plans. While previous trauma experience is not required, familiarity with ICU and stepdown units will help you excel. The shift consists of 12-hour days, giving you a reliable routine and ample time off to explore the city or relax. Expect to float as needed to the Emergency Department or other ICU units based on census needs, adding a versatile dimension to your daily responsibilities. This role offers a dynamic environment where your expertise directly influences patient outcomes, all within a supportive team focused on delivering the highest standards of nursing care.
