Job Description:

Join a dedicated team of registered nurses providing critical care on a Medical 4 South unit at Franciscan Health in Indianapolis. This 16-week contract involves 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, including every third weekend. You will be responsible for managing a patient load with a ratio of approximately 1:5 or 1:6, working with Epic electronic medical records, and providing top-quality acute care to medical surgical patients. The role requires at least two years of previous travel or bedside experience in a Medical Surgical setting, along with current BLS certification. This assignment offers an excellent opportunity to deepen your expertise in a hospital setting while enjoying the unique rhythm of night shifts in a supportive environment.
