Job Description:

Join our radiology team at a busy cancer treatment center as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist specializing in PET imaging. In this role, you'll perform advanced nuclear medicine procedures, including PET scans and other diagnostic imaging, primarily working with GE equipment. Your day will involve patient assessments, radiopharmaceutical preparation, and image acquisition for both inpatient and outpatient populations. The position offers a standard 8-hour day shift, Monday through Friday, with optional Saturday coverage and on-call duties as needed. You'll collaborate closely with radiologists, pharmacists, and other medical staff to ensure safe and accurate imaging, supporting cancer diagnosis and management. If you're experienced with PET scans, have a strong attention to radiation safety, and hold the necessary certifications, this assignment promises an engaging, fast-paced environment where your expertise makes a direct impact.
