Job Description:

Join this engaging travel healthcare assignment as a ultrasound technologist in Dodge City, Kansas. You will perform a variety of general ultrasound procedures, including obstetric (OB), gynecology (OB-GYN), small parts, and Doppler studies on legs and arms. This role offers the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art equipment—two GE machines and one Phillips—while maintaining an average of about 10 scans per day. Your day will involve utilizing EMR systems such as Epic or Synapse, and your expertise will help ensure smooth imaging operations. The schedule is flexible, with 40-hour weeks, including 10-hour day shifts or 8-hour shifts, with on-call rotations for weekdays and weekends. This assignment immerses you in a busy radiology department that engages with in-house radiologists on Wednesdays. You’ll enjoy collaborating with a supportive team led by experienced supervisor Amanda Stein or Kinley Brungardt. Unique to this assignment is the opportunity to work in a small but well-equipped department, providing diverse scan types in a professional environment that values expertise and adaptability. The facility also requires radiation badges, and all clinicians must be present in the state during orientation week.
