Job Description:

Join a dedicated team as a Registered Nurse on a 13-week contract in Louisville, KY. In this role, you'll oversee the care of a patient group, performing assessments, developing and implementing plans of care, and evaluating patient responses. The schedule offers mids shifts from 10:00 AM to 10:30 PM, with a call requirement during weekday evenings and occasional weekend shifts—adding a touch of unpredictable excitement to your routine. You'll also mentor staff, coordinate patient education, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. This assignment offers a chance to sharpen your clinical skills, work in a collaborative environment, and enjoy the vibrant city of Louisville. Be prepared to leverage your BLS, ACLS, NIH, and Epic experience, along with at least two years of RN practice, to make a real impact.
