Job Description:

Join the interventional radiology team at the renowned University of Kansas Hospital in Kansas City for a 13-week travel assignment. As an Interventional Rad Tech, you'll work predominantly on the Cambridge Unit, performing high-quality neuro and body interventional procedures using Siemens systems. This role involves 10-hour days, Monday through Friday, with a focus on teamwork in a slower-paced environment. You'll gain experience handling light neuro cases and assist with procedures like drains, lines, and G-tubes. The position offers an engaging chance to refine your skills in a large hospital setting with a dedicated team. Be prepared for late on-call hours and occasional floating to other IR areas. This assignment is perfect for a tech with at least 2 years of IR experience and current ARRT Rad and Kansas licensing, looking to expand their expertise within a supportive, light neuro-focused unit.
