Job Description:

This PCU Float Registered Nurse role places you in the heart of Ohio's capital city, working nights in a floating pool that offers a variety of unit experiences within an OSU-affiliated hospital. You'll provide care in a setting that requires adaptability, with the possibility of floating to other hospital locations just a short walk away. Your responsibilities include IV starts, telemonitoring via Epic, and managing patient ratios of approximately 1:3 to 1:4. Expect to work three 12-hour night shifts each week, with a three-month assignment totaling 13 weeks. The role offers an engaging opportunity to refine your skills in a fast-paced environment while exploring the city during your free time.
