Job Description:

This travel assignment places you on a 20-bed inpatient overflow unit specializing in medical-surgical and step-down care at Mission Main campus in Asheville, NC. Expect to work 12-hour days over a 13-week period, providing telemetry monitoring for diverse patient needs. Your role involves supervising patients with a focus on quick turnover and short stays, all while collaborating with a team of RNs and CNAs. The environment demands a positive, compassionate attitude, and the opportunity to develop hands-on experience with Cerner EMR and telemetry equipment makes this a rewarding and fast-paced setting. You’ll be floating to other units as needed, assisting in a variety of patient care tasks aligned with your telemetry and progressive care skills.
