Job Description:

This OR RN position places you on the busy 1st Floor of HCA Florida Palms West Hospital in Loxahatchee. You'll be part of a talented team handling a variety of procedures including laparoscopy, robotic surgery, plastic, neuro, urology, and orthopedic surgeries. Working primarily during 12-hour day shifts, you'll support a unit with 7 patient beds and a team of 35 staff members. Expect to work closely with surgeons, surgical techs, and other perioperative staff in a fast-paced environment that demands accurate documentation using Meditech and compliance with ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications. Your responsibilities will include assisting with the surgical procedures, maintaining sterile fields, and ensuring patient safety throughout the operation. This role offers a unique chance to gain comprehensive perioperative experience while working in a vibrant hospital setting.
