Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Operating Room Registered Nurse for an urgent 16-week contract in Midland, TX. This role involves working 12-hour day shifts (06:30 - 19:00) with a variety of case types including General, Orthopedic, Neuro, Trauma, and ENT. Experience in these areas is required, with pediatric experience preferred. The schedule will vary weekly with rotating days off and call duties, so flexibility is essential. Travelers will be actively involved in assisting with surgeries, preparing operating rooms, and supporting the surgical team in a fast-paced environment. This assignment offers a chance to sharpen your OR skills across multiple specialties while embracing the unpredictable rhythm of a variable schedule.
