Job Description:

This contract offers an opportunity to work as a PCU Registered Nurse in a vibrant hospital setting focused on acute leukemia and hematology care. You will be providing specialized nursing support for adult and geriatric patients, primarily managing newly diagnosed leukemia cases. The role involves working 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) over a 16-week period, with a weekly commitment of approximately 36 hours. You'll focus on infection prevention protocols, patient falls prevention, and managing complex telemetry equipment, including interpretation of dysrhythmias and central line care. No chemo certification is required, making this a great fit for experienced nurses eager to expand their hematology expertise in a fast-paced environment.
