Job Description:

Join our surgical team in Durham, North Carolina, for a 13-week contract in a high-energy Operating Room environment. You'll be scrubbing in on a variety of cases including orthopedics, spine, general surgery, ENT, and gender reassignment procedures such as top surgery. The role requires comfort with total joints, spine, and laparoscopic surgeries, with optional experience in eye procedures. Expect a fast-paced setting where teamwork and punctuality are key to managing quick case turnovers. Scrubbing is preferred but not mandatory, and your expertise will contribute to an environment that is both physician-friendly and collaborative. The schedule involves 12-hour day shifts starting around 7:00 am, with responsibilities including standby for call nights, weekends, and holidays.
