Job Description:

This ICU float pool assignment at The Queen's Medical Center in Honolulu offers a unique opportunity for experienced ICU nurses to work across multiple critical care units within a renowned Level I trauma center. You'll rotate through Medical, Surgical/Trauma, Cardiac/CVICU, and Neuro ICUs, providing specialized nursing support in a fast-paced environment. The role involves floating to various units based on operational needs, with a focus on maintaining high standards for patient safety and care. Perfect for nurses who thrive on variety and are comfortable adapting quickly to different intensive care settings. The shift is scheduled at night, providing a distinct rhythm to your workweek, while the 36 hours per week commitment allows for a balanced schedule.
