Job Description:

This radiology technologist role within the outpatient radiology department offers the opportunity to perform a wide variety of routine and advanced CT scans. You'll work across three state-of-the-art GE scanners, assisting with inpatient, outpatient, and emergency department imaging. Expect to handle an average of 65-70 scans daily, including cardiac CT, biopsies, drain placements, cryo/microwave ablations, and trauma scans. The schedule involves a mix of 12-hour days and occasional 10-hour shifts, with some weekends and holidays on rotation. Prior IV skills and comfort working with PACS and EMR systems will be instrumental. Your day will be engaging, with the chance to collaborate closely with radiologists and lead techs in a fast-paced yet rewarding clinical setting. The department maintains a 24/7 radiologist presence, providing a supportive environment for high-volume imaging tasks and occasional float to x-ray areas.
