Job Description:

Join our transplant team as a registered nurse in a clinic dedicated to kidney transplant patients. This role involves coordinating care before and after transplant procedures, reviewing labs, educating patients on their medication and treatment plans, and managing complex cases within an outpatient setting. You'll work a flexible 12-hour shift, with no weekend work and no major holidays, providing a steady rhythm that allows ample opportunity to build meaningful patient relationships while navigating the nuances of transplant care.
