Job Description:

Step into a registered nurse role supporting dialysis services in Shreveport, Louisiana—designed for an experienced RN who’s ready to work with hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis patients across multiple nearby facilities. This contract features 12-hour day shifts with call, running an 8a–8p schedule (with occasional variations as assigned), and frequent floating between sites within 15–30 minutes of one another. The work centers on dialysis operations using B. Braun machines, with access management (fistulas and dialysis catheters) and independent decision-making as core parts of the day.

Main assignments commonly come from the primary traveler site (WK North), but you’ll also float regularly to the other facilities. Expect an RN pod structure with typical ratios of 1:3 in inpatient pods and 1:1 on units, along with tech support from home facilities.
