Job Description:

Join a respected medical-surgical unit as an RN specializing in orthopedic care at Deaconess Gateway. You'll be working 12-hour day shifts providing essential patient assessments, managing IV therapies, wound care, and monitoring surgical and medical patients with a variety of conditions such as CHF, COPD, sepsis, and postoperative recoveries. This assignment allows you to experience a collaborative team environment, with a focus on resilience and adaptability, and opportunities to precept students and new hires. Expect to float within skillset between campuses, but with prior notice, ensuring your expertise stays sharp in a well-supported setting.
