Job Description:

This circulating CVOR RN position at IU Health offers a chance to step into advanced cardiac surgery settings, working primarily on complex procedures such as heart & lung transplants and ECMO cases. The role involves scrubless procedures, focusing on circulating duties across diverse OR specialties. You will be responsible for managing the surgical environment, ensuring procedural flow, and supporting the surgical team during high-stakes cardiac operations. With guaranteed shifts of 8 or 10 hours, and additional options for 12-hour shifts, this assignment provides a rewarding challenge in a facility renowned for its clinical excellence—and perhaps some storytelling about the remarkable surgeries you’ll witness.
