Job Description:

This 13-week travel ICU RN assignment in Prescott, AZ offers the opportunity to work in a busy cardiac stepdown and MedSurg Tele environment within a float pool. You'll manage a variety of post-procedural and cardiac patients, including post-MI, post-cardiac cath, and post-CABG care. The unit operates on 12-hour day shifts, with scheduled rotations and every other holiday. Your responsibilities will include titrating drips such as Heparin, Cardizem, and Amiodarone, interpreting EKG strips, and utilizing telemetry equipment. The setting features nurse aides support, monitor techs on duty, and specialized equipment like CPAP, BiPAP, and heated high-flow. This role is perfect for experienced RNs comfortable with complex cardiac patients and managing multiple drips in a fast-paced environment. The unique aspect of this assignment is the combined pediatric, geriatric, and post-procedural care settings, all within a cohesive float pool structure, with a focus on career growth and diverse clinical exposure.
