Job Description:

This Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) position offers a hands-on opportunity to work in a busy surgical environment within an acute care hospital setting. You will be responsible for supporting various surgical procedures, floating between the main OR and surgery center, and providing exceptional care to patients during pre-op, intra-op, and post-op phases. The role involves night shift work, with 12-hour overnight shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, including weekend and holiday call duties. This assignment is ideal for experienced OR RNs who are comfortable multitasking, adapting to different surgical teams, and working independently. Strong candidates will have at least two years of surgical experience, familiarity with Epic charting, and certifications such as BLS and ACLS (preferred). The position emphasizes teamwork, flexibility, and a focus on patient safety while offering a rewarding challenge for those looking to expand their OR skills in a hospital environment.

Location: Apple Valley, California
