Job Description:

Join a bustling inpatient setting as an occupational therapist, where you'll evaluate and treat a diverse patient population with orthopedic, neurological, and medical conditions. This role involves managing a high volume caseload, conducting assessments, developing and adjusting treatment plans, and collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team. You'll work in a fast-paced environment that demands critical thinking, flexibility, and excellent communication skills. Expect to perform evaluations, plan interventions, participate in team conferences, and utilize computerized charting systems. The facility provides specific training on documentation and department procedures to ensure you're supported throughout your assignment.

Location: Sioux Falls, South Dakota
Shift: 8-hour days, approximately 7:30 am - 4:00 pm with 1-2 weekends off
