Job Description:

This radiology technologist position in McCall offers a 13-week contract working 12-hour night shifts. You will be performing a variety of imaging procedures, including orthopedics X-rays, fluoro, CT scans of the abdomen and pelvis, cardiac scoring, trauma, and stroke protocols. The department has one X-ray room, one portable X-ray unit, and one CT scanner, with a focus on high-quality imaging for a range of diagnostic needs. You will work independently, with in-house radiologists available during daytime hours and after-hours scans reviewed by external radiologists. This assignment is ideal for technologists comfortable handling multiple imaging modalities and working in a laid-back, supportive environment that values efficiency and teamwork. Expect to see around 24 X-rays and 24 CT scans per day, with the opportunity to enjoy a less hectic pace during the winter and summer peaks. The facility provides scrubs and offers a two-week orientation on day shifts to ensure you’re well-prepared for the night shift workflow.
