Job Description:

Join a vibrant healthcare team as a CVOR Registered Nurse on a 13-week contract in Columbus, Ohio. This role offers an engaging opportunity to work in a busy surgical environment, focusing on adult and pediatric cardiovascular surgeries. The position features 10-hour day shifts, with a typical schedule of four days per week, including a weekend call requirement once a month and 1-2 weeknights per week, totaling approximately 8-9 days of call each month. Expect hands-on involvement in cardiac operating room procedures, with the chance to apply and expand CVOR skills while supporting excellent patient outcomes. This assignment is perfect for experienced CVOR nurses with at least 2 years of acute care experience and a solid background in both adult and pediatric cases. Certification requirements include BLS, PALS, and an Ohio RN license or Compact. All CVOR skills listed as preferred, and the manager is open to candidates with at least one completed travel assignment in CVOR.
