Job Description:

Join a fast-paced ICU contract in Burlington, MA, where you'll provide critical care in a 12-hour rotating shift, alternating between day and night blocks every four weeks. This 13-week assignment offers an engaging opportunity to float between ICU and PCU units, ensuring a varied and dynamic work environment. Previous ICU and trauma experience, along with EPIC proficiency, are essential for success here. You'll be guaranteed 72 hours biweekly, with a weekly commitment of approximately 36 hours, and the schedule includes every other weekend work. The role emphasizes teamwork and adaptability in a hospital setting focused on trauma level I and level II care, with a focus on patient stability and critical interventions. A current Massachusetts RN license, BLS, and ACLS are required, and you'll participate in a first-day teletest that determines continued employment.
