Job Description:

This Radiology CT Tech position in Charlotte, NC offers a unique chance to work in the fast-paced emergency department, focusing on routine and trauma CT scans including abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, musculoskeletal, brain perfusion, CTAs, and multiplanar reconstruction. The role requires handling a daily caseload of 150-200 scans across four rooms, with shifts scheduled for 12-hour nights from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, including weekends on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. The assignment is set for a 13-week contract, providing plenty of opportunity to hone your skills in GE and Siemens FORCE scanners, with a heavy emphasis on Siemens equipment. This is a high-energy environment where quick decision-making and technical proficiency are essential. Candidates must be fully available to start within a flexible window, as the final start date depends on class and trainer availability. Your scope will include working directly in the emergency department, assisting with routine ED scans, code stroke cases, and trauma patients, all in a high-volume setting that demands efficiency and precision.
