Job Description:

This challenging cardiac catheterization lab assignment in Monterey offers an engaging opportunity for professionals with at least two years of specialized experience. You will be performing a variety of procedures including PCI, pacemaker insertions, STEMI interventions, TAVR/Watchmans, and diagnostic tests. The role involves around 4-5 EP cases and 6-7 cath cases daily, with responsibilities that may include preoperative and recovery duties, as well as providing total patient care during 8-hour day shifts. You'll work in a smoke-free environment, with variable shifts totaling 40 hours per week, over a 13-week contract. Expect to participate in call rotations, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays, with a 30-minute response time. Familiarity with Epic EMR and cardiovascular invasive equipment is preferred, and certification in BLS and ACLS is required. This assignment is tailored for experienced cardiovascular professionals eager to contribute to a dynamic lab setting.
