Job Description:

Join a vibrant Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory team as a Cath Lab Registered Nurse in Bridgeport, CT. This contract offers a chance to work in a bustling hospital setting known for advanced cardiac procedures and emergency readiness. You'll be responsible for supporting invasive cardiac and peripheral procedures, including diagnostic and interventional catheterizations, stent placements, IABP, Impella, and more. The role involves 10-hour shifts from 07:00 to 17:30, with some days requiring call responsibilities, including night and weekend shifts, where you'll be on standby for cardiac emergencies around the clock. The position provides an engaging work environment where technical skill and quick thinking are essential to handle high-stakes procedures in a 24/7 operation.
