Job Description:

This dialysis registered nurse position offers a hands-on opportunity to work with hemodialysis patients in both outpatient and ICU bedside settings. You'll be responsible for managing hemodialysis treatments using Fresenius machines, connecting and disconnecting patients from their dialysis sessions, and providing essential care to maintain patient stability. The schedule features 12-hour day shifts, either 3x12s or 4x10s, with an on-call rotation and every other weekend commitment. You’ll need at least 18 months of recent dialysis experience and must hold a valid Ohio license or a compact state license. BLS and ACLS certifications are required, along with a recent reference from a supervisor or manager in your specialty. This role is ideal for experienced dialysis nurses seeking a rewarding assignment focused on patient care during critical moments, with comprehensive machine orientation provided.
