Job Description:

This 13-week travel contract places you in the Labor & Delivery (L&D) unit at a respected hospital in San Jose, CA. You will work 12-hour day shifts on the 2nd floor of a facility that handles a steady flow of deliveries, C-sections, and other L&D related cases. The role involves collaborating with a team of skilled staff, including charge nurses, RNs, CNAs, and sitters, ensuring smooth patient flow and responsive support during a variety of childbirth-related procedures. The setting offers opportunities to engage in a variety of clinical activities aligned with CA labor standards, with a focus on a team-oriented approach and adherence to patient safety guidelines.
