Job Description:

Join a vibrant healthcare team as a Nurse Lead during night shifts at a busy facility in Los Angeles. In this role, you will provide unit-based leadership, working closely with the Nurse Manager, Director, and physicians to coordinate activities and supervise nursing and ancillary staff. Your focus will be on ensuring high-quality, cost-effective patient care, fostering positive outcomes, and maintaining patient safety.
