Job Description:

This ICU Registered Nurse position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a prestigious academic medical center, providing critical care to complex ICU patients. You will be responsible for managing patients on advanced cardiovascular support devices such as ECMO, IABP, Impella, and LVAD, often juggling multiple therapies simultaneously. The role involves floating across various units, including ICUs, ED, and PACU, with 12-hour rotating day and night shifts. Candidates should be comfortable adapting to different environments while maintaining a high level of competency in critical care procedures. This assignment is a “float pool” role, so versatility and independence are key to success.
