Job Description:

Join a reputable Level III Trauma Center in Kalispell, Montana, as a registered nurse specializing in operating room (OR) procedures. This 13-week contract offers the chance to work in a busy OR with cases spanning neuro, trauma, robotics, vascular, and surgical oncology, including complex procedures like craniotomies, spinal fusions, and robotic surgeries with the DaVinci XI. You'll circulate in a fast-paced environment, taking on responsibilities such as IV starts, scrub assistance, and supporting a variety of patient types from pediatrics to adults. The role emphasizes neuro and robotics experience and involves a 12-hour day shift, with scheduled weekend and holiday call. Expect to work closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR staff while utilizing Meditech electronic medical records and Pyxis medication dispensing systems. This contract is ideal for experienced OR nurses who thrive on variety and precision in surgical settings.
