Job Description:

This ICU-focused travel assignment in Chicago offers an engaging opportunity for healthcare professionals experienced in neuro and surgical intensive care. You'll be working in a 30-bed ICU setting that requires expertise in managing ventilated patients, performing bedside procedures such as intubation, central line insertions, and thoracentesis, and interpreting invasive hemodynamic data. The role involves alternating weekend and holiday shifts, providing a dynamic workflow where you'll be entrusted with complex patient management on a variety of vasoactive medications. Prior experience in EPIC, CRRT, and stroke or neuro procedures like craniectomy or thrombectomy will help you succeed and stand out in this fast-paced environment. Expect to work every other weekend and holiday, with floating as part of the contract, ensuring versatility and adaptability throughout your assignment.
