Job Description:
Join a dedicated Med Surg Float Pool team where you'll work in a variety of medical-surgical units and the South East Tower, providing essential support during overnight shifts. This 16-week contract involves 12-hour night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM, with a commitment of approximately 36 hours per week. You'll experience a flexible schedule with weekend shifts and at least one holiday work requirement, all while maintaining the opportunity to float across different units as needed. The role demands at least two years of recent acute med-surg or tele experience in a hospital setting and active NY RN licensure with AHA BLS certification. Charting will be completed in EPIC, offering a chance to utilize familiar skills in a hospital environment that values adaptability and professional expertise. This assignment is perfect for nurses residing more than 50 miles from Rochester who seek a rewarding and varied night-shift experience.
