Job Description:

This NICU Respiratory Therapist contract offers an engaging opportunity to work within a Level 2 and 3 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at a prominent Boston hospital. The role involves performing and interpreting tests, managing artificial airways, and administering respiratory therapies in a fast-paced, specialized environment. Working on a rotating schedule of 12-hour night shifts, you'll contribute to critical respiratory care for newborns, including those in the NICU, delivery room, and Special Care Nursery. The assignment is unique in its emphasis on autonomous clinical decision-making in a supportive team, with guaranteed hours that provide excellent stability.
