Job Description:

Join our team as a PCU Float Registered Nurse in Columbus, Ohio, for a 13-week assignment working night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. This role involves floating within the PCU Float Pool, with the possibility of covering other OSU-affiliated hospitals nearby, which is just a short walk away. You will be responsible for providing specialized patient care in a fast-paced environment, with patient ratios around 1:3 to 4. Candidates with 2 years of recent experience in telemetry and epics are preferred, and BLS/ACLS certifications are required. Your duties will include initiating IVs, managing telemetry equipment, and responding to the needs of acutely ill patients, all while ensuring comfort and safety. This assignment offers a unique opportunity to experience multiple units and settings without long commutes, making your work-life balance more manageable and rewarding.
