Job Description:

Join a dedicated surgical services team as an OR Tech / Surgical Tech in Santa Rosa, California. You'll be supporting the operating room with your technical expertise, ensuring sterile environments and assisting during a variety of surgical procedures. This position involves working 12-hour day shifts, with the flexibility to float between rooms and provide call coverage as needed. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and have at least 3 years of surgical tech experience, this assignment offers a rewarding opportunity to refine your skills and collaborate with experienced medical staff in an acute care hospital environment. Expect a workload that includes managing a daily census of approximately 25 patients across 8 rooms, with a focus on maintaining efficiency and safety throughout each procedure.
