Job Description:

Join our surgical services team in Ketchum, Idaho, for an engaging 13-week assignment as an OR RN. This role offers a mix of scheduled 8-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with potential adjustments, and on-call responsibilities that require responding within 30 minutes. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment focusing on orthopedic surgeries, sports medicine, robotics, and endoscopy procedures. The unit emphasizes team collaboration, with scrub duties, turnover responsibilities, and participation in both routine and urgent cases—including total joints, trauma, GYN, C-sections, and endoscopy. Having at least 3 years of OR experience, particularly with an orthopedic background and some endo work, is essential. Prior travel experience, strong scrubbing skills, and certifications like BLS (and ACLS recommended) round out the ideal candidate profile. Expect to help maintain a clean, efficient OR environment alongside your team, using Epic EMR and other specialized tools such as TDOC and ProVation.
