Job Description:

Step into a challenging yet rewarding role in the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) at a Level III Trauma Center in Salem. This night shift contract involves managing adult patients with complex diagnoses such as sepsis, respiratory failure, and cardiac events. You'll be floating between ICU and Med Surg units, providing high-level care to a diverse patient population with acuity levels requiring close monitoring and advanced skills. Your experience in adult ICU settings, particularly with telemetry and tele strips reading, will be essential. Expect to collaborate with attendings and residents around the clock, while enjoying the opportunity to deepen your expertise in a fast-paced environment.
