Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Trauma Performance Improvement (PI) Nurse to join our team supporting the trauma program at Marin Health Medical Center. This role involves on-site presence during the day shift, Monday through Friday, with a weekly commitment of 40 hours over a 13-week contract. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of trauma experience and performance improvement expertise, helping to enhance trauma care quality through data analysis, process audits, and team collaboration.
