Job Description:

This 13-week contract positions you in a fast-paced cardiac observation unit, where you'll be responsible for monitoring low acuity critical care patients who are awaiting transfer or discharge. The role involves managing a variety of cardiovascular patients with conditions such as LVADs, arterial lines, and PA catheters, without ventilators or specialized therapies like Impellas or IABP. You’ll work 12-hour day shifts, providing critical assessments and rhythm identification, crucial for effective patient management. The environment offers a dynamic mix of cases, encouraging quick thinking and organization, perfect for honing your cardiovascular critical care expertise.
