Job Description:

This ICU RN float position in Springfield, MA, offers a unique opportunity to work in a 32-bed Medical ICU that also specializes in Neuro Critical Care. As a night shift traveler, you will provide advanced nursing support in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment, supporting cases such as sepsis, ESRD, AKI requiring CRRT/CVVH, post-cardiac arrest care, and respiratory failure. Expect to float across Medical ICU, SICU, and IMC units, adapting quickly to different critical care settings. The role emphasizes independent critical thinking, with a focus on patient stability and collaborative teamwork. The assignment lasts for 13 weeks, with 12-hour night shifts and a commitment of 36 hours per week, offering an engaging blend of challenge and reward in a well-staffed ICU.
