Job Description:

This physical therapy contract position places you at a lovely 25-bed critical access hospital in Navasota, TX, where you'll be part of a collaborative team providing outpatient and inpatient services. The role involves evaluating patients, developing tailored treatment plans, and supporting discharge planning — all while working within a supportive environment that values teamwork. You’ll float between inpatient and outpatient settings, managing a diverse caseload that includes orthopedics, wounds, neuro, and general skilled nursing cases. While experience in wound care is a plus, it’s not required, and new grads with at least six months of experience are encouraged to apply. The work schedule consists of 8-hour days, with no weekend shifts and rotating holiday coverage, promoting a balanced work-life dynamic. Expect to work approximately 40 hours per week for a 12-week assignment, with a pay grossing roughly $1,960.67 weekly. Expect to see a manageable patient load of about 7 treatments daily, contributing to a rewarding and varied practice experience.
