Job Description:

This CVICU Registered Nurse contract offers a chance to step into a fast-paced cardiac intensive care unit. You'll work 12-hour rotating shifts, alternating between day shifts from 07:00 to 19:30 and night shifts from 19:00 to 07:30. The schedule includes every other weekend and some holidays, but there is no on-call requirement. This role provides an immersive experience with cardiothoracic surgical patients, requiring familiarity with NextStage CVVH machines and telemetry testing prior to start. Experience in a similar high-acuity environment and a Wisconsin RN license are necessary, along with AHA BLS and ACLS certifications. If you enjoy a rhythm that keeps you alert and focused, this assignment lets you hone your skills in a challenging, engaging setting.
