Job Description:

This 13-week contract positions you as an Operating Room Technician at Brigham City Community Hospital. Your primary focus will be assisting in the OR, specifically in orthopedics, ENT, spine, and sometimes OBGYN and Podiatry procedures. The schedule features 8-hour daytime shifts from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, with flexibility until cases are completed—meaning no regular 10 or 12-hour shifts. You may be on call 1-2 nights per week and work 1-2 weekends a month, with holidays possible. The role demands adaptability, a team-oriented attitude, and efficiency to support surgical teams across multiple OR suites, ensuring smooth procedures and proper equipment handling. Expect to work with Meditech EMR and contribute to a busy, detail-oriented surgical environment where quick thinking and an easygoing personality go a long way.
