Job Description:

This contract position requires an experienced Registered Nurse to work in a specialized PCU and MedSurg Tele environment within a hospital setting. The role involves managing geriatric, ortho, post-procedural, and cardiac patients, including those recovering from MI, cardiac caths, and CABG surgeries. You will regularly titrate drips like Heparin, Cardizem, and Amiodarone, ensuring patient stability and safety. The work is structured across 12-hour day shifts, with schedule flexibility and orientation covering general hospital protocols. Expect to collaborate with charge nurses, monitor techs, and utilize BPAP/BiPAP equipment during shifts. This assignment offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with complex cardiac cases in a tiered patient care environment, all while providing vital support to your team in a fast-paced unit.
