Job Description:

Join our team as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) specializing in orthopedic procedures at Maine Medical Center in Portland, Maine. This 13-week contract offers the chance to work in a busy operating room, focusing on complex total joint revisions and trauma cases. You will scrub for multi-vendor orthopedic surgeries, operate the Mako robotic system, and assist on polytrauma orthopedic procedures. The role is suited for experienced technologists comfortable with fast-paced environments and extended hours, including weekends. Expect to be part of a highly skilled surgical team, contributing to high-efficiency standards like rapid room turnovers and on-time start rates, all while gaining exposure to state-of-the-art surgical equipment and techniques.
